Assistant Project Manager – New System Sales

Our Assistant Project Manager position is an entry level position into the project management field.  You’ll be assisting project managers in setting up commercial HVAC equipment projects for execution, including project documentation and financials with the goal of growing and advancing to a Project Manager position.

This role requires:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with Project Managers, internal sales and finance teams, and third-party equipment vendors.
  • Strong financial aptitude for management of project financials.  
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn vendor software programs and accounting programs.
  • Technical/engineering background is not required for hire or job completion. However, you will be expected to become familiar with technical terms and understand HVAC equipment overview and industry, along with a willingness to learn.

New System Sales Account Manager

We’re seeking an individual to join our New System Sales team as an Account Manager. This person will maintain and expand relationships for an assigned account list and will be responsible for achieving a sales quota and assigned account objectives. 

You’ll represent the entire range of MRG products and services to your clients while leading the client planning and execution cycles and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met by the MRG team. 

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years HVAC sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem solving, leadership, and listening skills

Service Technician

We’re looking for Service Technicians who will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining large commercial and industrial HVAC systems.  

You’ll be traveling to job sites in our service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedules are maintained.  Duties include startup of installed equipment, complete required documentation, record recommendations and repairs. 

This role requires:

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting HVAC services issues or at least 3 years performing maintenance on your own for a company.
  • good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Valid TN State driver’s license and safe driving record.

Aftermarket Parts Outside Sales

We’re looking for an Outside Salesperson to join our Aftermarket Parts team to build strong relationships with contractors in the Middle Tennessee area. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or previous experience in project management with a contractor.

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with an assigned customer base and ensure their satisfaction with products and services at all times. Technical expertise and effective communication are a must.

This role requires:

  • High school diploma; preferably 2 years of college
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales or project management for a contractor
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter who applies individual initiative to get the job done
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Problem solving, leadership, and listening skills
