Service Coordinator

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to manage and implement MRG dispatching processes and technologies to effectively maintain work schedules for technicians and assure that customer needs/commitments are met.

  • Service Personnel Dispatching
  • Satisfy customer problems based on skills, nature of problems, location of problem, and location of personnel.
  • Provide logistical support to the field to assure maximum output per labor hour.
  • Provide effective work schedules for field personnel to maximize use of skills while cost effectively meeting customer needs and providing contingency time for emergency calls.
  • Partner with Service Manager in the execution of trouble calls, project work, and preventative maintenance.
  • Work Order Management
  • Status Reporting
  • Refrigerant Management and Reporting
  • Mechanical Systems Knowledge – maintain understanding of mechanical systems in order to make appropriate decisions in scheduling all types of work.
  • Relationship Management
  • Advise Service Manager of customer complaints to expedite resolution.
  • Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with field and office personnel to resolve problems.
  • Special projects as assigned by Service Manager.

Service Technician

We’re looking for Service Technicians who will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining large commercial and industrial HVAC systems.  

You’ll be traveling to job sites in our service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedules are maintained.  Duties include startup of installed equipment, complete required documentation, record recommendations and repairs. 

This role requires:

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting HVAC services issues or at least 3 years performing maintenance on your own for a company.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Valid TN State driver’s license and safe driving record.
